Look out for the man hoolah hoopin' across the street!
I realize this picture isn’t all that funny, but I was amused, and this is my anything goes blog, so I figured I would share it.
It’s a guy. And he’s hoolah-hooping. On a sign.
I’m pretty sure that some (Very clever person) had a hoolah-hooping sticker and put it over an otherwise boring walking figure. Just look at him now!
